Terms of use
The terms for using the app, and for Pro (an auto-renewing subscription). If you join the beta version, its terms are here too, under “6. Taking part in the beta”.
1. Licence agreement
Use of this app is covered by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.
2. Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

Cancel during the free trial and you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you start a subscription.
3. What Free includes
The app works without subscribing. Free includes:
- Connecting over Wi-Fi (the camera's access point) only
- Bursts: the first 5 frames right away, then one every 2 seconds. Everything you shot arrives
- Single frames with no limit. Albums, the reel, shot info and the model view are all included
4. What you may not do
While using the app, you may not:
- break the law, or use the app in connection with a criminal offence;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or otherwise try to recover its source code;
- copy, modify or adapt the app, or build derivative works from it;
- redistribute, transfer, lend, sell or sublicense the app, or otherwise let anyone else use it;
- circumvent or tamper with any technical protection, authentication or billing mechanism;
- use bots or other automated tools to hit the app in bulk, or place an unreasonable load on our systems;
- gain unauthorised access, probe for or exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the running of the app;
- remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, reputation or other rights of ours or of anyone else;
- register false information, or impersonate someone else;
- use the app to develop a competing product or service;
- ⚠️ connect to a camera you are not authorised to use. Connecting to someone else’s camera and receiving their photographs is prohibited, whether or not you meant to;
- pass a beta invitation to anyone else (see “6. Taking part in the beta”);
- do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.
If you do any of these, we may suspend your use of the app without notice, and remove you from the beta distribution if you are taking part in it.
5. Disclaimer
The app is for reviewing frames as you shoot. Do not use it as the only copy of your work. Keep the card in the camera, or another copy.
Transfers can be delayed or interrupted by network conditions or camera settings. We accept no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from use of the app.
6. Taking part in the beta
To learn how the app behaves with cameras we cannot get our hands on, we hand out a beta version to photographers who volunteer. It is a separate build from the one on the App Store, and only the people who joined can use it.
Please read “Beta testers wanted” before you apply.

A beta build exists to be tested, so it can fail in ways the App Store version does not. Do not use it as the only copy of your work (“5. Disclaimer” applies here too).
